Job Summary
Executive Assistant I to support the director of Education/Short-Term Missions, overseeing GM Education Department operations across GATS, RENEW, CME, MEC, and related education initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting leadership and program coordinators, supervising administrative staff, coordinating logistics for events and annual programs (RENEW), managing CME course materials and registrar duties, supporting Education at RENEW, developing resources for mobilization and discipleship at local church level, contributing to course material development with Ministry Central, assisting with MEC missions education efforts, and participating in key committees (GEC, GATS, Global Educator program, GATS Curriculum Development). Requires proficiency in Office 365/Outlook/Word/Excel and QuickBooks; strong multitasking, organization, communication, and collaboration skills; bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or commensurate experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others
- Professional discretion and office etiquette
