Job Summary
Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to one or more executives, managing calendars, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence; serves as a point of contact for the executive and stakeholders. Responsibilities include calendar management, travel planning, coordinating leadership team and All Hands meetings, email/phone screening and distribution of information, social media account management (e.g., LinkedIn), collaboration with website/support partners for updates, trade show logistics and relationships with vendors, supporting marketing-related presentations and collateral, organizing documents and records, preparing presentations and documentation repositories for benefits or company documentation, assisting with project planning/implementation for CEO-directed internal initiatives with progress tracking, and office management tasks including meeting minutes and supplies. Skills emphasized include strong organizational and communication abilities, proficiency with office software for documents/presentations/calendar management, time management, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving.
