Executive Assistant/HR Designee

Job Summary
Executive Assistant / HR Designee provides high-level administrative support to leadership while owning key HR processes. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, document preparation, file organization, VIP/ticket request handling, and coordinating with IT. HR duties cover policy administration, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, FMLA), performance management support, employee relations guidance, training delivery, and payroll assistance. Requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP) and Canva is a plus. Education: high school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Location is SNHU Arena, Manchester, NH. Compensation is described as competitive salary with a generous benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative and/or HR experience (preferred)
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or office environments (a plus)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; HRIS platforms experience (e.g., Workday, ADP) and Canva is a plus
