Job Summary
Executive Assistant to two vice presidents, providing tactical and strategic administrative support, managing complex calendars and travel, coordinating meetings and events, drafting and formatting documents, preparing materials, and supporting leadership cadence and cross-functional initiatives. Build strong working relationships with VPs and partners, anticipate leadership needs, and ensure priorities are aligned and executed. Responsibilities include calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, meeting setup (including AV), handling phone and emails, preparing reports/presentations, and partnering with business operations and strategy leads to support executive rhythm and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or commensurate work experience
- Typically 6-8 years of related work experience in senior/advanced administrative support or related field
