Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the CEO at a fast-growing healthcare company. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating domestic travel, preparing meetings with agendas and action-item follow-up, handling professional correspondence, and acting as a gatekeeper and liaison to internal/external stakeholders. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment. There is potential for evolution into a Chief of Staff–type role as the company scales.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Professional, or similar role supporting senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
