Job Summary
Executive Assistant role providing office management support for assigned department, supervising lobby reception and administrative staff, coordinating inquiries, preparing records and reports, assisting with new hire processes and training, managing billing and purchasing, serving as liaison with IT, facilities, payroll, and other departments, and supporting CARF-related activities. Requires strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access), ability to train and direct others, organizational focus, and the ability to handle confidential information; occasional travel to company sites.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent plus two years of related experience in an office environment with increasing responsible assignments
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
