Job Summary
Manage the CMO's daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments. Coordinate travel arrangements for flights, accommodation, and transportation. Create and edit presentations, reports, and documents as requested. Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry news to assist the Marketing Team. Plan, organize, and execute Marketing Team events and meetings, preparing agendas and coordinating logistics. Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department, handling filing, phone calls, and mail. Manage CMO expenses by tracking receipts and reconciling credit card statements. Maintain files and databases while handling sensitive information with discretion. Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and teams to ensure smooth operations. Requires proven experience in a marketing or advertising agency, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree preferred.
