Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Vice Dean in the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, providing high-level administrative support including proactive calendar management, agenda creation, and coordination across ODAR and the broader Harvard community. Responsibilities include portfolio/data management and donor-report generation, scheduling and coordinating dean visits, travel management and expense reconciliation, project coordination, staff meeting support, and representing the team at school-wide events. Requires discretion with confidential information, strong written and verbal communication, diplomacy, and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SharePoint is expected; experience supporting fundraising-related activities and donor databases is a plus. Travel may be required occasionally; standard schedule is 40 hours/week with potential evening/weekend work as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years related experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
