Job Summary
Manage complex calendars across time zones, arrange meetings with clients and counterparties, and process domestic and international business travel. Handle multiple phone lines, relay information to callers, and route calls as needed while ensuring messages are conveyed promptly. Process expense reports via WorkDay, organize materials for calls and meetings, and liaise with administrative staff of clients. Monitor emails for professionals as requested and perform other related duties assigned by supported executives. This role supports senior-level executives within Guggenheim Securities' Fixed Income team in a fast-paced investment banking environment. The position requires four days in the office and one day remote in New York.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 plus years executive assistant experience
- preferably in financial services
- Four days in the office and one day remote

Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of WorkDay but will train
- Familiar with Deal Cloud but will train
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks for many professionals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to exercise judgment including prioritizing issues and tasks
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to perform any and all responsibilities needed to ensure success
- Self-starter who is able to work with the professionals they support to identify issues and problems and proactively solve them
