Job Summary
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and workshops for Finance team executives. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, preparing agendas, briefing materials, and tracking follow-up actions. Draft and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion. Proactively prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met and workflows remain efficient across the team. This role requires a minimum of five years of executive support experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive support to senior management or C-suite executives
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with advanced expertise in managing calendars, travel coordination, and document creation
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues and manage tasks effectively
- Problem Solving: Proactive and resourceful, with the capacity to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently or in collaboration with others
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining high levels of professionalism
- Adaptable and proactive, able to manage and adjust priorities as necessary to meet business
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
