Job Summary
Executive Assistant provides high-level support to a team of attorneys and directors in the Government Law & Policy practice, managing calendars, emails, travel, client files, drafting correspondence, and coordinating client billing and expenses. The role supervises a team of Legislative Assistants, oversees onboarding/training, coordinates workflow between assistants and attorneys, supports business development initiatives, and collaborates with administrative support teams to ensure efficient, timely deliverables from the Washington, DC office.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an administrative or executive assistant in a professional administrative role in a large or medium-sized law firm or equivalent environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
