Job Summary
Executive Assistant (Governance) to provide governance administration and executive support across SMT, Board and committees. Responsibilities include planning and supporting board/committee meetings, maintaining governance frameworks and registers, coordinating trustee induction and training, regulatory readiness and audits, risk tracking, and providing EA support to the CEO and SMT. Responsibilities also cover policy/library management, records administration, reporting, and hospitality/logistics for meetings, with flexible, occasional out-of-hours work. Requires proven EA experience, strong governance/compliance knowledge, excellent communication, and advanced Microsoft 365 skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Executive Assistant experience (minimum three years or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of governance administration and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including high-quality minute taking
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work independently and use sound judgement
