Job Summary
Manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, and ensure seamless communication across the organization for three VPs responsible for Talent, Talent Management, and Culture & Colleague Engagement. Serve as a trusted partner by handling multiple high-priority tasks, managing confidential information, and collaborating with teams to coordinate meetings, events, and special projects. Deliver outstanding administrative support that enables executives to focus on strategic priorities while adapting quickly to shifting global demands.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening
- Must be able to work outside standard business hours
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of five (5) years of executive administrative experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leadership
- Experience in a global corporate environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional presence
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- Experience managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Experience coordinating complex international travel and detailed logistics
- Ability to manage visa requirements
- Proficiency with expense management systems (e.g., Concur)
- Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms
