Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the SVP Global Supply Chain and Technical Operations, responsible for day-to-day administrative support and leading or contributing to projects for the Global Supply Chain and Technical Operations team. Responsibilities include prioritizing scheduling for internal/external meetings, proactive global travel management (flights, hotels, and meeting commitments), meeting logistics (room prep, catering, check-in), coordinating travel to external sites/events, preparing meeting materials (agendas, pre-reads, minutes), assembling/editing PowerPoint presentations, confidential reporting and expense management, and handling confidential information with discretion. Requires 10+ years of administrative experience (3+ supporting executives/global leadership), strong verbal/written communication, exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities, and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10+ years’ administrative experience with at least 3 years spent supporting an executive and global leadership team
- verbal and written communication skills required with a customer service mindset
- organizational skills and prioritization skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task with keen attention to quality and accuracy
- to work under tight and changing timelines
- Proven experience working within a growing global organization
- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook skills; power users preferred; experienced with video conferencing technology (e.g. Zoom, Teams, etc.)
