Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer within Global Business Services: manage and optimize the CPO’s calendar across a globally distributed leadership team, triage inbound requests, enforce priority framework for meetings (C-suite and board engagements first), coordinate across time zones, and protect sensitive information. Act as a close operational partner to the Chief of Staff, support GBS-wide initiatives, assist with travel and visa requirements, expense reconciliation via Concur, coordinate team events and onboarding, and drive friction-point resolutions with diplomacy. Candidate will demonstrate executive presence, high professionalism, and proactive problem-solving to enable high-impact decisions and sustainable calendar management across Finance/Operations functions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of EA experience supporting SVP-level or above leadership
- Proven ability to handle confidential materials with absolute discretion
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong diplomatic skills and emotional intelligence
- Executive presence and stakeholder savvy; acts as an ambassador for the CPO
- Highly organized with ability to manage competing high-priority requests
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented with calendar prioritization
- Proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Box, and Concur
- Claude and other AI systems/tooling experience is a plus
