Job Summary
Manage the Vice President for GMDS' Growth and the Vice President Chief Financial Officer's calendars, meetings, travel schedules, and associated arrangements, including expense and time reporting. Organize senior staff meetings, strategy sessions, and special assignments while composing correspondence, capturing meeting notes, and monitoring communications to bring critical issues to the executive's attention. Screen calls, draft high-level written correspondence, and prepare meeting agendas and materials for presentations. Coordinate video teleconferences, reserve rooms, and facilitate events with IT experts, while maintaining organizational charts and confidential files. Handle sensitive information with discretion, analyze data to prepare reports, and serve as a mentor to administrative personnel. Work overtime and outside normal business hours as needed in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- U.S. citizenship
- minimum of 3 years administrative, business, and/or technical support experience
- minimum 10 years of Administrative Assistant experience
- at least 2 years supporting at the senior level management
- current information technology skills and experience
- Must have current information technology skills and experience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel as needed
- Flexibility to work overtime and/or outside of normal business hours
