Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience partnering with senior executives

- Proficiency with Outlook calendar scheduling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with public relations and social media coordination
- Ability to manage travel planning and logistics
- Experience reviewing and coordinating contracts
- Ability to organize and maintain CEO files and budgets
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-management skills
