Job Summary
Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and leadership team, coordinating executive operations, Board of Directors activities, special projects, and organizational communications. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, preparing agendas and materials, Board liaison duties, minutes, supervising front-office staff, travel arrangements, event planning, contract processing, and ensuring confidentiality and professional communication. Requires high attention to detail, discretion, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Notary Public or MOS certification is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 6–10 years of executive-level administrative experience in a government/public entertainment setting, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum six to ten years of experience in a professional office administrative or support role at the executive level
- Notary Public or MOS Certification a plus
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
