Job Summary
Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at First Round, including managing complex calendars, preparing meeting materials, booking travel, planning and executing in-person meetings and events, supporting day-to-day operations with the Chief of Staff, processing expense reports, and handling partner communications with discretion and professionalism. The role requires hyper-organization, responsiveness, flexibility (evening/weekend availability when needed), and the ability to navigate ambiguity while representing the firm professionally in high-stakes founder contexts.
