Job Summary
Executive Assistant, F&A supports the CEO of Chloe Americas & President of Fashion & Accessories, North America, by managing the CEO’s calendar, booking and coordinating international and domestic travel, handling expense reports, and assisting with ad-hoc projects. The role also involves onboarding support, organizing departmental meetings, preparing high-impact presentations and reports for executive meetings and leadership forums, cross-Maison collaboration, and driving operational processes and communications with the Leadership team. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience, strong MS Office skills, SAP experience a plus, and exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Five years of work experience in a fast-paced retail or executive support environment
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in SAP is a plus
- Project Management experience a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and leaders and diverse employee populations
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of professional maturity, discretion with confidential information
- Organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Proactive, able to follow directions, decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability
