Job Summary
Excellent opportunity to provide administrative and project support to the Executive Director, Epworth Medical Foundation, and leadership teams. Based at Reception, you will be the initial meet-and-greet of visitors and support day-to-day operations. Key duties include diary and calendar management, handling electronic and paper-based correspondence, responding to queries on behalf of the Executive, coordinating leadership team meetings (agendas, minutes, papers), tracking action items, preparing and disseminating EMF board papers, assisting with small to medium project delivery, and providing a first-line information resource. Requires a degree in a related field and demonstrated high-level EA experience in a large organisation, with strong organisational, written/verbal communication, analytical, time-management, and customer-service skills. Required Qualifications
- A degree in a business information related field
- Demonstrated high level experience as an Executive Assistant to a Senior Executive
- Experience in a large, multi-dimensional organisation
- Outstanding administration and organisational skills
- Solid communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise and be proactive
- Committed to excellent customer service and continuous improvement
