Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the CEO in a growing ABA services company. Responsible for managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, emails, and daily priorities, and handling a broad range of administrative and coordination tasks related to both business and personal matters. Serves as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal staff, vendors, and external partners; tracks action items and ensures follow-up on tasks to meet deadlines. Requires strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work independently, and discretion with confidential information. Ideal candidate has prior experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
