Job Summary
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the SVP of Drama Development, including scheduling, travel and expense processing, meeting setup, event planning, and general office support. Create presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote), manage reports/databases, coordinate both in-person and virtual events, and assist with campaigns and slate projects. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional etiquette while interfacing with senior executives and external partners. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, multitasking, and initiative to improve processes and support a fast-paced development team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work experience
- 1+ years’ administrative experience on a high-volume entertainment desk at a studio, network, production company or agency
- Strong understanding of the television programming process
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Approachable style and professional interface with high-level executives, clients, employees, and business associates
- Proficient in using PCs and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP
- Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision and solve problems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
