Job Summary

Manage professional and personal scheduling for multiple VPs, including proactively identifying and anticipating calendar needs. Act as a gatekeeper for communications, preparing detailed meeting agendas, and handling all aspects of directors' travel, including international trips, visa applications, and budget management. Compile data for reports, prepare expense reports, and create purchase orders in accordance with HP procurement policies. Drive operational efficiencies through the development of repeatable processes and utilize productivity tools like Teams and Smartsheet. Maintain updated org charts, distribution lists, and records while supervising entry-level staff. Provide administrative support to multiple Directors within the Direct Procurement team, requiring independent judgment and strict confidentiality.

Required Qualifications
