Job Summary
Coordinate the Chief Development Officer's calendar, scheduling, and travel while preparing leaders for meetings and providing follow-up. Manage administrative, financial, and operational activities for the Development Division by collaborating with the Business Support Team and maintaining external relationships with donors and community leaders. Serve as the board liaison, facilitating communication between the Senior Leadership Team, CDO, and the Board. Assist with special events, donor engagement, and project management, including presentation preparation, research, and writing. Work full-time Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years' experience as an executive assistant.
- 5 years' experience writing, copy editing, formatting, drafting agendas, correspondence, presentations, reports, and other written documents.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
