Job Summary
Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings across competing requests, and keep schedules running smoothly for multiple leaders. Handle travel and event logistics end-to-end, including last-minute changes, while acting as a central point of contact to keep communication moving. Support preparation for meetings, take notes, track follow-ups, and manage personal logistics and requests. Additionally, track and manage team budgets and financial reporting, and help support team culture through onboarding, events, and day-to-day coordination. This role requires 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level leaders or founders in a fast-paced start-up environment.

- 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level leaders or founders
- Ideally in a fast paced start-up environment
