Job Summary
Proactively support the Sr. Vice President of Manufacturing Operations by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel logistics, and attending meetings to take minutes. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal information while drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and organizing internal and external events. Screen telephone calls, facilitate video conferences, and ensure executives are prepared for all external engagements with clear directions. Develop relationships with key internal and external contacts to support business development efforts and complete special projects as required.
