Job Summary
Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to a PMO in a federal-government-focused technology firm. Responsibilities include facilitating meetings (agenda setting, time management, action-item follow-up), preparing and distributing minutes and status updates, coordinating calendars and travel using CGE Concur, generating agendas and briefing materials, handling expense reports, and maintaining administrative systems and documentation standards. The role requires strong coordination across stakeholders, cross-training support for contractors, and ability to draft memoranda and official documents. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years of executive administrative or PMO support experience; CBP BI clearance is preferred. Location is Indianapolis, IN. Security-sensitive environment with federal clients (e.g., DHS, IRS, OPM) and potential for engagement with national-security focused agencies.
