Job Summary
Executive Assistant to a PMO providing high-level administrative and operational support. Facilitates meetings and working sessions, sets agendas, tracks action items, and prepares minutes and status updates. Manages calendars, coordinates travel using approved federal travel systems (e.g., CGE Concur), drafts briefing materials, handles expense reports, and maintains administrative systems and documentation standards. Collaborates with PMO staff to align tasks and communications, supports training coordination, and assists with special projects and cross-training of Executive Assistant contractors as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; CBP BI clearance preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of five (5) or more years of experience in executive administrative or PMO support roles.
