Job Summary
Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to a Program Management Office (PMO). Serve as facilitator for meetings (agenda setting, time management, adherence to objectives), track and follow up on action items, prepare and distribute meeting minutes and status updates, support planning and execution of meetings, act as first point of contact for the supported manager, coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics using approved federal travel systems (e.g., CGE Concur), prepare agendas and briefing materials, manage expense report reconciliation, handle incoming calls and correspondence, develop and maintain administrative systems, draft memoranda and reports, perform quality control of documents, coordinate with PMO staff, support training coordination, assist with special projects, and provide cross-training support for Executive Assistant contractors. Required: Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in executive administrative/PMO roles; CBP BI clearance preferred. Salary: $85,000–$120,000 per year. Location: Los Angeles, CA (on-site). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of five (5) or more years of experience in executive administrative or PMO support roles.
