Job Summary
Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to a Program Management Office (PMO) with responsibilities including meeting facilitation, agenda setting, action-item tracking, meeting minutes and stakeholder communications, calendar and travel coordination using federal travel systems (e.g., CGE Concur), expense report reconciliation, document drafting, and maintaining administrative procedures. The role requires coordinating with PMO staff, supporting training coordination, assisting with special projects, cross-training contractors, and ensuring leadership is prepared for meetings and travel. Requires Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of executive administrative/PMO experience; CBP BI clearance preferred. Works within the federal domain with interactions across government agencies and internal teams, focusing on process improvement, documentation standards, and smooth executive-level operations.
