Job Summary
Manage the Managing Partner's complex calendar, including business meetings, conferences, travel, and personal engagements, while resolving conflicts and balancing priorities. Oversee all communications, coordinate professional and personal travel arrangements, and prepare for meetings by setting up conference rooms and arranging hospitality. Maintain an organized office environment, handle special projects, and collaborate with partners and associates to ensure operational excellence. Confirm follow-up actions after events and track completion of assigned tasks. Handle evening and weekend calls as part of this demanding role within a corporate law firm specializing in litigation and securities.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of strong Executive Assistant experience
- Proven track record of supporting high-level executives
