Job Summary
Executive Assistant to two VP-level leaders, manages calendars, coordinates travel, anticipates needs, handles confidential information, and navigates shifting priorities. Responsibilities include calendar and contact management, travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and events, preparing expense statements, maintaining records and filing systems, assisting with budget tracking, organizing large meetings, supporting multiple departments, providing documents to the CEO, and daily light housekeeping of the leader’s office. Requires a highly organized, proactive professional with strong discretion, exceptional communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required but may substitute a combination of education and experience.
- 8 years of experience as executive assistant supporting executive leaders required.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Microsoft applications; Meeting note taking.
