Job Summary
Executive Assistant/Coordinator in a global law firm providing concierge-style, high-level administrative support to attorneys and clients. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, extensive travel/visa coordination, calendar management, budgeting of time records, preparing attorney expense reports, assisting with materials for presentations and conferences, coordinating complex travel (domestic and international) including visa-related materials and passport renewals, and contributing to business development in collaboration with Marketing. Requires proactive issue identification, confidentiality, and ability to work with multiple firm departments to ensure superior client service. Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years of related experience in a law or professional services firm; strong proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; excellent interpersonal and written communication; independent work style.
