Job Summary

Executive Assistant to lead content, storytelling and guest experience for the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous, overseeing editorial content, website management, partner communications, and event marketing. Responsibilities include writing destination features, managing the event website and editorial calendar, coordinating photography/video/social content, developing content plans, curating guest experiences and evening activations, coordinating event logistics and guest communications, working with sponsors/partners for seamless integration, and providing executive support to the Director with project coordination and stakeholder communications. Requires immediate start, London-based, valid passport, US admissibility, exceptional writing and communication skills, strong organisational and project management abilities, a creative mindset with a luxury presentation focus, experience with CMS, and experience in events/hospitality/luxury travel or media as advantageous.
