Job Summary
Manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, and prepare executives for meetings by gathering materials and tracking follow-ups. Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders by prioritizing activities, handling confidential information, and navigating changing business needs. Support business operations through team meetings, event logistics, and stakeholder communications while tracking action items and deadlines. This role supports upcoming consulting engagements across various industries, focusing on calendar management, travel coordination, and executive assistance. Project-specific scope and compensation will be shared when a specific opportunity becomes available.
Required Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience providing administrative or executive support in fast-paced corporate, consulting, technology, or professional services environments
- Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or leadership teams with complex business needs
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished approach
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and exercise sound judgment
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
