Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to the Executive Director, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and serving as liaison to board members and external partners. Responsibilities include high-level administrative support, event planning, donor relations, and overseeing communications. Ideal candidates should display strong organizational skills, be proficient in relevant software, and possess excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while supporting overall team goals
- Must have a Driver’s License
- Must have access to reliable transportation with appropriate auto insurance coverage
- Must obtain TB test clearance
- Must obtain Live Scan clearance
- Must be a Mandated Reporter
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Canva and website management platforms (e.g., Squarespace, Wix)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
