Job Summary
Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our executive leadership, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing materials, and ensuring confidentiality. You will act as a trusted partner by prioritizing initiatives, aligning time and resources to high-impact work, coordinating with the Board of Directors, and supporting organization-wide events and initiatives. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, and leveraging AI/tools to optimize executive operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to C-level executives, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and exercise strong judgment in a fast-moving environment, with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and support executive-level decision-making
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet), Slack, Zoom, and other productivity tools
- Experience supporting executive workflows, including complex scheduling, meeting preparation, travel logistics, and coordination of high-impact events and engagements
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism
- AI fluency and integration in ways of working
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status; ability to work within the United States; willingness to travel a minimum of two times per year
