Job Summary
Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the President/CEO and executive leadership. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role serves in a one-on-one working relationship and acts as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior leadership teams. This position also coordinates executive outreach, external relations efforts, and oversees special projects. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, travel arrangements, preparing presentations and reports, handling confidential correspondence, researching and summarizing data, managing multiple projects, and ensuring timely, professional communication. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and executive-level support experience; proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to draft and review confidential documents; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; and ability to interact with board and senior leadership. Duties also include processing invoices and travel-related expenses, coordinating on-site/off-site meetings, and maintaining confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 2–3 years of administrative or front office experience
- Executive-level support experience required
- Non-profit experience a plus
