Job Summary
Manage the Chief People Officer's calendar, travel, and meeting logistics while optimizing time for prioritization and business needs. Serve as a strategic execution partner by preparing presentations, managing expenses and purchase orders, and cross-functionally aligning the People Org on company milestones. Identify workflow optimizations and act as a delegate for operational tooling to support team cohesion and growth. Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on internal events and initiatives, maintaining confidentiality across sensitive situations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a senior administrative support role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to connect with a broad spectrum of stakeholders internally and externally, both in person and online
- Ability to shift gears and prioritize based on volume and urgency, while anticipating needs and connecting dots across competing demands
- Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment in sensitive situations
- Experience supporting at a VP or C-Suite level
