Job Summary
Executive Assistant to support the Chief of Staff and Deputy Director (CSDD) at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art. Manages CSDD and CFO calendars and expenses, travel logistics, letters and correspondence, and oversees special projects. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, arranging high-touch tours and ticket requests, drafting agendas and talking points, and ensuring confidential handling of time-sensitive materials. Requires nimble, trustworthy, and flexible support with excellent communication and collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders. Core competencies emphasize analytical rigor, courageous communication, collaborative excellence, adaptive resilience, inclusive interaction, and delivering results. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of administrative support experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Tessitura.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required, preferably in art, art history, museum studies or closely related field
- At least two (2) years prior administrative support experience required, preferably at the C-level, and/or start-up or arts institution environment
