Job Summary
Oversee executives' calendars, manage complex schedules, and coordinate high-level meetings, including strategic planning sessions and off-site events. Prepare leaders for important conversations by researching details, compiling information, and managing travel itineraries and logistics. Troubleshoot daily priorities, maintain organized digital filing systems, and handle expense reports and budget reconciliations. Serve as the primary communication link between executives and staff while ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy policies. Support the CEO and leadership team during a pivotal period of growth and organizational transformation within Pediatric Home Service.
Required Qualifications
- Eight (8) years of Executive Assistant or senior-level Administrative Assistant experience
- preferably supporting C-suite or senior/executive leaders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
