Executive Assistant - CEO & Executive Leadership Team

Job Summary

Manage the CEO and executive leadership team's complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and prepare executives for strategic conversations. Oversee calendar efficiency, document preparation, and logistics for off-site events, while troubleshooting daily priorities and maintaining organized digital filing systems. Serve as the primary communication link between leadership and staff, arranging travel itineraries and managing expense reports with strict discretion. This role supports Pediatric Home Service's growth and organizational evolution, partnering with the CEO and leadership team during a pivotal period of transformation. Success requires excellent judgment and the ability to navigate a fast-paced healthcare environment while ensuring compliance with privacy policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Eight (8) years of Executive Assistant or senior-level Administrative Assistant experience
  • preferably supporting C-suite or senior/executive leaders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • experience managing deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
