Job Summary
Track key metrics, prepare management reports, and create presentations to support data-driven decision-making for the Managing Director. Coordinate strategic projects across functions, monitor timelines, and escalate risks to ensure initiatives stay on track. Manage complex schedules, organize international travel, and facilitate leadership workshops while translating business insights into concrete improvement actions. Serve as the central coordination point between management, corporate functions, and external partners to drive organizational effectiveness. Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement and digital transformation to enhance efficiency and cost optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Communication or a related field
- High understanding of economical and business related figures
- Several years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Partner, Project Management, Consulting, or similar role
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Fluent in German and English
