Job Summary
Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and Board of Directors at a long-standing Austin restaurant. The role blends strategic and operational tasks with confidential matter handling in a hospitality-driven environment. Key responsibilities include managing compliance documentation and licenses, coordinating internal meetings and travel, supporting marketing initiatives and events, handling calendars and vacation schedules, and assisting with board-related logistics such as meeting agendas, packets, and minutes. Strong emphasis on organizational skills, written communication, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced setting. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least five years of relevant EA/administrative experience; proficiency in Excel and Zoom is noted. The work setup is hybrid with on-site days Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. Compensation is salary-based and commensurate with experience, with health benefits, paid vacation/meals/holidays included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of five years’ Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role.
