Job Summary
Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executives across Finance, Investor Relations, Credit, and HR. Responsibilities include managing calendars across multiple time zones, coordinating senior-level internal and investor meetings, preparing agendas and briefing materials, liaising with reception/facilities/IT, handling executive correspondence, and ensuring confidentiality. Additional duties include arranging domestic and international travel, preparing visa documentation, supporting visitors from global offices, creating and formatting executive PowerPoint presentations, producing high-quality Word and Excel materials, proofreading to brand standards, coordinating corporate events and team offsites, providing coverage for other EAs, and managing expense reporting with Concur. The role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong communication, organization, discretion, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global professional environment, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience providing executive-level support in a global professional or financial services environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong experience preparing executive-level presentations and materials
- Working knowledge of Concur or similar expense management systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
