Job Summary
Manage key activities for Product leadership of the Bloomberg Industry group by prioritizing simultaneous assignments, conducting information gathering, and coordinating team routines. Provide administrative support across teams to ensure smooth execution, including scheduling product leadership calendars, organizing meetings and events, and handling travel and vendor procurement. Maintain shared documentation and trackers to ensure information accuracy while demonstrating high-level judgment and attention to detail. Assist with documentations and internal process coordination to support staff and customers effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ Years Experience providing administrative support to teams in large organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous assignments and projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of credibility, judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- High level of interpersonal, organizational, and calendar management skills
- Experience coordinating calendars
- Experience supporting event planning
- Experience maintaining documentation
- Experience communicating effectively
- Experience assisting with multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously
