Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the CTO and EVP, Real Estate Development, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. Responsible for planning and coordinating meetings, agendas, and workback schedules; preparing travel arrangements; compiling data and reports; coordinating meetings and teleconferences; drafting routine correspondence; arranging and booking corporate and personal functions; distributing minutes; and interfacing with senior internal/external stakeholders to ensure efficient operation and alignment with organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, organizational development or related field
- 2-5 years’ experience in an administrative position supporting large teams with meeting coordination, event coordination, preparing correspondence, and scheduling travel
