Job Summary
Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual underwriting reports while analyzing productivity, workflow, and portfolio trends. Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate screening, and interview scheduling, then track hiring metrics and timelines. Maintain underwriting authority tracking, support file audits, and monitor data quality and reporting accuracy. Track strategic initiatives, project plans, and departmental action items to support implementation of new products and processes. Manage executive calendars, meetings, agendas, and travel arrangements, and prepare presentations for leadership. Anticipate administrative needs and coordinate resources to support leadership objectives across the underwriting department. This hybrid role is based in Langley, BC, with remote options and includes on-site travel between Langley and Vancouver.
