Job Summary
Manage the Executive's calendar, coordinate internal and external meetings, and organize logistics including agenda preparation and follow-ups. Identify and implement workflow automation using AI and agentic AI tools, while maintaining correspondence, filing, and distributing mail and email. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation; process expense reports and liaise with accounting. Handle confidential materials with discretion, assist in planning internal events and trainings, and track statistical data for the Executive. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in A/E contracting, and availability to travel 10-15%.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in A/E contracting, design, and construction
- Available to travel up to 10-15% of the time
- U.S. citizenship
- Background checks will be performed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, project management, or related subject area is preferred
